Legal notices
CentraleSupélec implements a data processing system for recruitment management.
For this purpose, the Human Resources Department uses the DigitalRecruiters tool, published by CEGID and operated at the address: https://jobs.centralesupelec.fr/.
Recruitment management covers the following key purposes:
- publishing job offers,
- collecting applications and their attachments (via direct input or import from a LinkedIn profile or a PDF resume),
- interacting with applicants,
- evaluating applications,
- forwarding resumes to hiring managers for pre-selection, jury organization, and final approval,
- populating a CV database with selected profiles,
- achieving successful recruitment outcomes for all parties.
The legal basis for this processing is CentraleSupélec’s legitimate interest.
The system processes candidates’ identity data, contact details, education, professional experience, and data related to the recruitment process (e.g., evaluation, salary expectations). It may also include any information voluntarily provided by the applicant.
Responses to fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory, and failure to provide this information may hinder the processing of your application. In other cases, responses are optional and have no impact on the review of your application.
Only authorized personnel in the Human Resources Department can fully access your data. Hiring Departments only access limited data to assess the suitability of your application for the position.
Your application and data will be retained for a maximum of 24 months following the last contact with our recruitment agents.
CentraleSupélec implements a range of measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data, including firewalls, antivirus software, and a regularly revised and audited Information Security Policy under the authority of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Relationships with subcontractors operating within this system (CEGID) are governed by a contract that strictly defines security conditions, requires data storage within the European Union, and is verified by CentraleSupélec’s Data Protection Officer (DPO).
In accordance with applicable legal provisions, you have the right to access, correct, limit the processing of, and delete your data. To exercise these rights or request further information about this notice, you may contact the Data Protection Officer at dpo@centralesupelec.fr.
In any case, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French National Data Protection Authority, Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés) at www.cnil.fr.
