Mission

Within the Directorate of Programmes, and reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions, your primary mission will be to contribute to student recruitment for CentraleSupélec’s programmes and to enhance its reputation, by carrying out prospecting, communication and development activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

In this capacity, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the promotion of a portfolio of programmes.
  • Implementing prospecting campaigns and participating in promotional events (school visits, fairs, webinars, email campaigns, open days, forums, etc.).
  • Promoting and selling programmes to applicants and influencers, following them through until their final enrolment.
  • Providing personalised follow-up for prospects and applicants (information, support, follow-up).
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve recruitment procedures and ensure alignment between candidate profiles and CentraleSupélec’s programme requirements.
  • Contributing to producing communication materials, sales pitches and promotional content on social media.
  • Producing feedback to refine promotion and recruitment strategies.

 

Specific Features / Constraints of the Post

  • Frequent travel throughout France and occasional trips abroad are to be expected.
  • Weekend and bank holiday work is also typical.

Profile

You hold a higher education degree (minimum Bachelor’s +3 years) in business school or sales, with at least 4 years’ successful B2C sales experience, ideally in the education or services sector.

You have followed a scientific course of study or have a strong interest in scientific, technological and engineering subjects.

You have in-depth knowledge of the expectations and standards of the education sector.

You wish to work in a multicultural environment.

You demonstrate interpersonal skills enabling you to work collaboratively and diplomatically across teams with all internal (marketing, communications, academic) and external partners.

You possess proven expertise in business development and a strong ability to manage high-level client relations.

You are recognised for your confidence on the phone and your ability to follow up prospects effectively.

You are proficient in office tools (notably Excel for reporting and data handling), CRM systems, and social media.

You know how to organise your work rigorously, meet deadlines, and report effectively to your line manager.

Proficiency in English (C1) is mandatory for engaging with international audiences; knowledge of a third language would be an asset.
